Main member details

You can submit an online claim for cancellations or an amendment cost (prior to travelling) if your claim is due to:

  • Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) advising against all, or all but essential travel to your destination; or
  • Coronavirus illness or self-isolation coinciding with the period of the booked travel
